Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Department is host to a wide variety of Community Events each year such as traditional seasonal celebrations, festivals & parades, and family movies, concerts, & entertainment. All events within Montgomery County Parks, including those at Downtown Commons and Rotary Park must be included within the annual Community Events Calendar and are free and open to the public. Application submittals for consideration and inclusion in the annual Community Events Calendar are available to non-profit organizations from July 1 – November 30 each year. To submit your event request for 2025, please add the interest form to your cart and complete the required application for staff review. Applications will be available on July 1, 2024.
