Downtown Commons to Host 2018 Concert Series
Downtown Commons is excited to release the dates and artists of the Inaugural Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series and Street Fair, presented by Budweiser of Clarksville and F&M Bank. Sponsored in part by Farmers Insurance- The Wendy Danielle Stack Agency, Keystone Realty, The UPS Store, Queen City Disposal, and Covington Plumbing Company Portable Systems.
Join us on the third Friday of the month starting in May, through October from 6:00 PM-10:00 PM for great music and beer. Be sure to venture down Strawberry Alley for the Street Fair. Local artists will be onsite with handmade or homemade items. The restaurants from Strawberry Alley and Franklin Street will also be in the streets offering amazing food and an inviting atmosphere.
May 18th kicks off the first show with 2013 American Idol participant, Jada Vance opening and headlining Radio Romance. Radio Romance was named the Winner of NASHNext in 2017 and is releasing their debut single this spring.
June 15th is the next show and has two openers, Aaron Lessard and Chris Turner. Trailer Choir will be joining us as the feature artist. Known for “Rockin’ the Beer Gut” and “What Would You Say” and charting the Billboard Hot Country Songs with those singles.
July 20th is for the classic rock lovers. Neil Brock and the Cover Ups will be opening for Thunderstruck, America’s AC/DC Tribute Band. Be sure to wear you AC/DC concert tees for an opportunity to win some swag.
August 17th starts with Music 4 Mercy, a local group that really brings the soul and jazz, and Broadcast 90’s, The Ultimate 90’s Rock Tribute band, playing homage to the last golden decade of guitar driven rock: the 1990’s.
On September 21st local favorites, Lucian & Lee join us for a fun acoustic show and featuring songwriter, Sheyna Gee. She is a regular performer in Downtown Nashville and knows how to jam out to some country classics and current hits.
October 19th is our season finale. Australian sister country/pop trio, Dozzi, will be opening for popular local group, the Joel Brown Band who is sure to bring the crowd to their feet with a great combination of covers and original songs.

Openers start at 7:00 PM and Featured Artist takes the stage at 8:00 PM, everyone is invited to come early, and bring family, friends and their own chairs and blankets. Please leave coolers and pets at home.
