DESCRIPTION:Join iStroll and Macaroni Kid for the ultimate stroller workout and playdate. \niStroll workout will start at 9:30 and is a 60-minute full body workout including a variety of body weight movements. If this is your first iStroll class\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Bring a workout/yoga mat\, water/snacks\, stroller\, and kiddos. \nJoin us after for playtime: water play\, imaginative building\, an area to run around and play games\, and occasional crafts/sensory activities. \nThese workouts are free and open to our community families – our hope to connect our community families with family-friendly workouts\, connections with our community and downtown vendors and partners\, and a place to connect with other parents and children. \n*We do ask that stroller aged children stay in their stroller for the duration of the workout for safety. A jogging stroller is not necessary . Older children may sit in designated area\, but we ask that they do not run into workout plane for safety. **There will be opportunities for children to join parents in certain safe movements/sets and they will of course get to play after iStroll!

Close your eyes and get ready to be transported back to 1969 through 1971 for an amazing tribute to the Fillmore years. \nJune 7th opens the stage to Rolling Stones tribute band\, Satisfaction. \nJune 21st hosts Back to Avalon\, a Heart tribute act will have you singing “What about Love” all night long. \nJuly 5th brings local R&B favorite Tina Brown Band. With her diva style and rocking voice\, she is sure to have everyone up and dancing. \nJuly 19th is dictated to our military men and women with a special USO Show. Join us for the USO Show Troupe and country music artist\, Andrea Guess. \nAugust 2nd is with Music 4 Mercy\, a local group that really brings the soul and jazz. \nAugust 16th will be country music star- Logan Mize with opener Tennessee Pluckers. \nSeptember 6th is for the alternative groups. Local bands Awaken and Sedona will take over the stage with other stages also available at Riverfest just a short walk away at McGregor Park. \nSeptember 20th is for the classic rock lovers with Thunderstruck\, an AC/DC Tribute Band. Be sure to wear you AC/DC concert tees for an opportunity to win some swag. Close your eyes and get ready to be transported back to 1969 through 1971 for an amazing tribute to the Fillmore years. \nJune 7th opens the stage to Rolling Stones tribute band\, Satisfaction. \nJune 21st hosts Back to Avalon\, a Heart tribute act will have you singing “What about Love” all night long. \nJuly 5th brings local R&B favorite Tina Brown Band. With her diva style and rocking voice\, she is sure to have everyone up and dancing. \nJuly 19th is dictated to our military men and women with a special USO Show. Join us for the USO Show Troupe and country music artist\, Andrea Guess. \nAugust 2nd is with Music 4 Mercy\, a local group that really brings the soul and jazz. \nAugust 16th will be country music star- Logan Mize with opener Tennessee Pluckers. \nSeptember 6th is for the alternative groups. Local bands Awaken and Sedona will take over the stage with other stages also available at Riverfest just a short walk away at McGregor Park. \nSeptember 20th is for the classic rock lovers with Thunderstruck\, an AC/DC Tribute Band. Be sure to wear you AC/DC concert tees for an opportunity to win some swag. DESCRIPTION:Join iStroll and Macaroni Kid for the ultimate stroller workout and playdate. \niStroll workout will start at 9:30 and is a 60-minute full body workout including a variety of body weight movements. If this is your first iStroll class\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Bring a workout/yoga mat\, water/snacks\, stroller\, and kiddos. \nJoin us after for playtime: water play\, imaginative building\, an area to run around and play games\, and occasional crafts/sensory activities. \nThese workouts are free and open to our community families – our hope to connect our community families with family-friendly workouts\, connections with our community and downtown vendors and partners\, and a place to connect with other parents and children. \n*We do ask that stroller aged children stay in their stroller for the duration of the workout for safety. A jogging stroller is not necessary . Older children may sit in designated area\, but we ask that they do not run into workout plane for safety. **There will be opportunities for children to join parents in certain safe movements/sets and they will of course get to play after iStroll!

SUMMARY:Stroller Workout & Playdate
DESCRIPTION:Join iStroll and Macaroni Kid for the ultimate stroller workout and playdate. \niStroll workout will start at 9:30 and is a 60-minute full body workout including a variety of body weight movements. If this is your first iStroll class\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Bring a workout/yoga mat\, water/snacks\, stroller\, and kiddos. \nJoin us after for playtime: water play\, imaginative building\, an area to run around and play games\, and occasional crafts/sensory activities. \nThese workouts are free and open to our community families – our hope to connect our community families with family-friendly workouts\, connections with our community and downtown vendors and partners\, and a place to connect with other parents and children. \n*We do ask that stroller aged children stay in their stroller for the duration of the workout for safety. A jogging stroller is not necessary . Older children may sit in designated area\, but we ask that they do not run into workout plane for safety. **There will be opportunities for children to join parents in certain safe movements/sets and they will of course get to play after iStroll!
